Product Returns

You may return unopened and unused plant care products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return:

• Receive return instructions and authorization
• Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used plant care products
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable items such as live plants
• Digital products or downloadable content

Service Cancellations

For plant care services:

• You may cancel ongoing services at any time with 7 days' notice
• Refunds for unused service periods will be prorated
• Completed service visits are non-refundable
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
